You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. International orders are non-refundable due to the long distance they must travel. International returns typically cause damage to the product and are unfit for resale when they arrive back in Australia. All international sales are final. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our shipping and returns policies.
Cosmetic Company orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days via Australia Post Express Overnight service. A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. Australian customers will usually receive their package within 3 to 5 business days from the date the package was shipped. However, we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for the product to arrive due to occasional delays within the postal service (especially around holidays).
The Cosmetic Company gladly accepts orders from countries around the globe. Orders shipped to countries outside of the Australia. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. A notification will be sent once a package has been shipped. Please note that international orders can take up to 10 to 15 business days to arrive.
