DELIVERY AND RETURNS
The Cosmetic Company will endeavour to ship your product to you as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post- Post Parcel tracking or Express Overnight service (whichever was selected). A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. Australian customers will usually receive their package within 1-3 business days from the date the package was shipped. However, we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for the product to arrive if you are not located in a Metro Area, and delays in the postal system may be expected around Christmas and holiday seasons.
You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending any product returns. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
