Domestic Shipping

The Cosmetic Company will endeavour to ship your product to you as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post- Post Parcel tracking or Express Overnight service (whichever was selected). A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. Australian customers will usually receive their package within 1-3 business days from the date the package was shipped. However, we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for the product to arrive if you are not located in a Metro Area, and delays in the postal system may be expected around Christmas and holiday seasons.

Return Policies

Returns

You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Please email us at info@cosmeticco.com.au prior to sending any product returns. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
